When to be worried about bump size?

So my doctor moved up my appointment by about a week and a half to do an extra ultrasound. I called today and asked if we should check on babies size. My son was born 5lb 15oz and I’m currently 27 weeks pregnant. My stomach really hasn’t grown much at all in the past month or two it feels like. 
I can feel her moving but it’s so different than it was with my son. By now I could really see him moving around and feel it on the outside. With her I can feel her little kicks, but you can’t really see her moving around from just looking. 
Has anyone ever gone through something similar?

I grow a bump fast, hit 28 weeks and literally grow downward, as in baby drops down as she grows. My uterus nearly stops getting higher and i end up getting so many growth scans, but my babies always measure and are born perfect! It sucks because my bump only gets so big then it stops

I have a small bump. But my baby is measuring right on schedule if not ahead a little and im 36 weeks pregnant.

My belly wasn't very big at all and was always measuring 2 weeks behind baby was right on track though! She was 7 pounds 1 oz when she was born 😊 I just wasn't growing any I didn't get very big at all! She was born with hip dysplasia though because she didn't have room in me to grow I was 32 weeks when they did a growth ultrasound and she was already outta room because I just wasn't getting any bigger

The size of your bump doesnt determine how healthy the baby is. Your doctor can order ultrasounds to measure the size of baby. You can bring up your concerns at your next appointment.
