22 weeks and 2 days and worried

So im kinda worried. Im high risk also.. my dr says its normal.. but the fact that i feel alot of pressure down there and plus my hips hurt like i can barely walk to where i cry every night.... is this normal. I feel like its not. This is my 3rd and i never had this problem..
