Ovarian cyst pain relief?

What do you do to relieve the pain of ovarian cysts? I have a small cyst on my right ovary but it’s causing a constant sharp pain! The doctor doesn’t believe it’s painful because it’s just under 2 cms so she sent me on my way with no treatment or plans to monitor it.
Any suggestions for pain relief?

Tylenol and heating pad

My doctor had prescribed me naproxen but it made me feel super sick so I had just took Tylenol 500mg. Worked for me.
