Had a missed miscarriage last March (2018) at 7.5w after seeing a heartbeat. Just found out baby doesn't have a heart beat after seeing it 167bpm on Monday 9w2d. My heart is shattered. Going today to obgyn to talk about d&c or natural route. Had d&c last time -At
