HCG level after miscarriage

Hello ladies just wondering how long it took for your hcg levels to go down after a miscarriage I was 6 weeks when I miscarried hcg level at 5700 this was 2 weeks ago , my levels got tested again on Wednesday and I’m at hcg level 7 I’ve read online that anything above 5 isn’t to normal , just wondering if anyone went through something similar and how long it took to ovulate again
