32 weeks pregnant Can't stop itching UPDATE

It's mostly bad at night I can't stop itching on my arms legs feet and stomach it's getting so bad I'm leaving scratch Marks because I can't stop I feel like I want o rip my skin off I don't have a doctor right now because I'm switching over and can't afford to pay out of pocket and I don't know what to do I haven't had a doctor my whole pregnancy and I don't know if it's just normal itching or if it's like a serious medical condition that will affect the baby i just need some advice because what the internet says it could be is freaking me out 😩

UPDATE

I couldn't take the itching anymore last night I went to the er again and they did some blood tests and ultrasounds and long story short I have choleostasis I'm not 100% sure what it even is but they gave me a steroid shot for my baby's lungs and said I wouldn't be able to carry him till November 8th his original due date 😢I'm waiting for my doctor to call me and give me some kind of into on what's going on with baby boy. Anyone have advice it would rlly help
