Help!!

So i’m a photographer. I’ve been doing it for about 2 years now and i’m actually pretty cheap.

Here are my prices:

15 mins - $50 (5-10 edited)

30 mins - $75 (10-20 edited)

45 mins - $100 (20-30 edited)

1 hour - $150 (30 + edited)

Anything over an hour is $200

Well I had this girl message me asking me to do:

Maternity, gender reveal, baby shower, and labor.

So just for labor i’m thinking $700 because it is a long process and most people around here charge way more than that and with everything is maybe $900. So when I started talking to the girl I could tell she couldn’t really afford that so me being me I told her I would do it for $300. So she messaged me the other day saying her gender reveal is tomorrow ( the 14th). Ok so we can do that. So then she asked how much it was going to be I told her we could break the $300 dollars up into each session so $300/4=$75. So $75 dollars each session.

Her response: wow that’s a lot!

I’m not really sure how to respond to that. Anyone have this issue and know of a nice way to respond to that?

I really want to be like umm actually you are getting a discounted rate on these pictures and you should be grateful but I feel like that’s a little harsh. 😕
