I've been on my period for 42 days

I'm fustrated. I got my nexplanon replaced and my period just won't stop. I would've gone back to my Obgyn if I could afford it but I simply can't afford a general consult or to get it removed. I'm not sure what to do at this point. I keep hoping it will stop but I don't see that happening anytime soon.
