Does anyone know if you can have postpartum psychosis with out the delusions and hallucinations? I'm almost 2 months postpartum and I'm wondering if this is what been going on with me. Since I've had my daughter I've had extreme mood swings and extreme rage to the point I started a fist fight with my brother and nearly started another with a family friend today.. When I get in these fits of rage I have very very little control over what's happening. I would never hurt my baby or my other daughter and when I get in one of these rage fits I leave my girls with their dad and step away but when it comes to anyone else I can't control myself to the point I said pretty much the very worst thing you could to say to someone today and I don't even remember doing it.. I had severe postpartum depression with mood swings with my first daughter but I haven't been depressed at all this time just the insane mood swings and violent thoughts.
