Tears

I used to tear all the time when I first started having sex with my boyfriend, he is my first and only person I’ve had sex with and have a one and a half year old son. I stopped tearing for a long time during sex up until about a week ago. I tore during sex. And we weren’t even having rough sex or in a crazy position!

It isn’t bleeding or anything. But it’s been a week and I just had sex tonight and now it’s sensitive again down there! HOW DO I HEAL A TEAR?

Edit: I do not tear often!! This just happened last week after over 3 years!
