Job forcing me to quit

Unfortunately my job said today was my last day . I asked if I was being laid off or fired and head of hr said no I got two options either quit or place a leave of absence. So I can’t get unemployment ither way if I do what’s asked. I told them I’m not doing ither choice and they said I don’t have any options my only two choices. All because I’m pregnant with basic restrictions like drinking water, or not lifting over 15 damn pounds. What turkey frustrates me is they agreed to work with simple limitation and now all of a sudden they can’t work with my limitation. I’m mad as hell but what can I do
