Hi ladies,

I am 32 and have PCOS and starting my first round of ovulation induction when my next cycle comes (due 2 weeks!). I am starting on Gonal-F, on a low dose with close monitoring using bloods / ultrasounds to see how my body is reacting.

I have 20 follicles in each ovary and I really hope I don’t over stimulate!

Is there any preparation / tips / recommendations to give it our best shot from anyone who’s been through the same treatment?
