Do you have fordyce spots?

I recently got on Birth control and now have fordyce spots all over my lips. I’ve exfoliated them but it made it worse and now they’re swollen and my lips have yellow scabs. I hate feeling ugly. Anybody has any suggestions? Please

I did it can do with vitamin deficiency too make sure ur eating healthy and taking a good multivitamin also mix tea tree oil and jojoba oil and put it on the spots only . 3x a day

I have those too, I’ve tried aloe Vera, but I’m not sure if it helps
