Anyone around 11-12 weeks??

Anyone around 11-12 weeks? How is your pregnancy going so far?,, are you still able to move around like before you were pregnant?if I move too much,I'll get a little cramping feeling...

12 weeks and even twisting my back to stretch it gives me cramps for a couple of minutes. Body not used to the outward expansion yet?

13 weeks and if I walk around or do to much my stomach tightens up and I get some cramping and get nauseous
