Ex bf

So me and my bf were dating 6 years he broke up with me it’s about to be almost 3 months we didn’t end in good terms even tho the reason he broke up with me was stupid . After a month I think I would still beg him and nothing he didn’t want to get back so after telling him I still wanted to be with him over and over I got tired of telling him since nothing would bring him back ! So after a couple weeks he drop some of my things off and that one night we kinda talked but not about us cause every time I would ask him do you not love me nomore ? He wouldn’t want to answer me so after he left i texted him I told him I still love him and care for him a lot , and his response was this will be the last time you hear from me ? Two weeks from that day he says that would be the last time i hear from him he texts me inviting me to the movies i didn’t end up going since i was already asleep when. He texted me since then we kinda somewhat talk a little but not about us today he invited me to go grab sushi and idk why obviously he still knows I love him why the heck does he still invite me to go out if he didn’t want nothing to do with me( and we just text once in awhile but he doesn’t flirt or anything ) he just started talking to me again 2 weeks ago
