Too small to go on top?

I'm only 5ft and it makes it really hard to go on top because my thighs aren't long enough to move up and down. It's getting so frustrating and when I try and move his penis comes out? Please help

I'm 5ft 2 and on top is one of my favourite positions. Instead of trying to bounce up and down just thrust your hips back and forth . It feels great for both people involved.
