I was wondering if you ladies could help me. I’m going to my fertility consultant to discuss which of these two options will work best for me and my partner and would like some information before I go so can ask the appropriate questions etc. The gist I was given is that it really is going to be my choice which route I go down due to the time it’s taken us to ttc. Main issue is partners sperm has high viscosity - tests show I’m ok at this point. Any information about how you found either - anyone else given a choice?

I’d like to add I’ve no real clear idea about how either works or how long to success - I’m a bit scared to read too much by myself. Obviously The idea of adding hormones to my body is rather scary.
