Seizure dog

Does anyone else have one? My 5 year old shih tzu has had them since she was 4 months old. She’s been on a million different types of meds and nothing has seemed to control them. She also goes through spells where she will have them back to back for a few days and then won’t have them for weeks to months and then back at it again. It seems to trigger them days after I give her a bath and also when I’m gone and I was away from her yesterday and today as well as gave her a bath a few days before I left. Anyway, shes back having her episodes and I just had a baby, I feel terrible that I can’t get to her like I used to but I’m so freaking tired. Im also a single mom so it’s literally just me, my daughter and 2 dogs alone. Tell me it’s going to be ok 🙈I’m super stressed about her and feel like a bad dog Mom😕
