Twitches
So I have to admit I didn’t realize how bad my anxiety act was until I have been off my meds to try and get pregnant. Last night I twitched all night long from my anxiety and haven’t sleep for 5 days. Anyone suffer from this? I’m scared if I do get pregnant my twitching and not sleeping would negatively effect the baby
