Irregular bleeding?

This would be my second cycle since my miscarriage. I ovulated based off of basal & opk on 9/4-9/5. That would make my implantation date most likely yesterday...

I was at work & I felt cramping , something like discharge... so when I went to the bathroom I saw one drop of light water blood on my underwear. I wiped and it was very light pink & watery very tiny amount. I just figured I caught a 5 day early period 🤷🏼‍♀️ so I put a tampon in .. went to the bathroom three hours later to change for the “massacre” in my pants ...nothing . Not a single thing . I’ve never had this happen but I was curious if anyone has gotten spotting on their implantation day since their miscarriage... I’ve never had this happen without a period following right after ..
