Increase blood flow in crotch? 38 weeks

I was shaving two nights ago and thought I had an ingrown hair and I popped it. No problem then. Last night I started spotting on toilet paper, from where I popped, yes I made sure with camera. Then this morning I go to the bathroom and it’s like a full blown period in the toilet from the same little spot. 😭 I know it’s not coming from inside but is that normal? Still nervous. I’m dilated to a 1 and he’s been super head down for awhile. Doctors all thought he was coming early, but he’s proving comfortable.
