Neck pain?

I am 5 weeks......Is anyone else having extreme neck pain? I woke up this morning with a sore neck and I thought I had just slept on it wrong but it has gotten worse all day. Now I am in tears because it hurts to swallow, chew, or move my head!? I am calling the doctor tomorrow to see what they say..

Yep! I had some neck pain for about 2-3 days about a week ago

I did it a last wk. Lasted for a few days. It's only eased out now.

Yes I've woken up like that a few times and my oh my it hurt I just put a hot towel on it and lay down.  I have cried a few times

I pinched my nerve the other day in my back and the pain went all the way into my neck and I couldn't lift my right arm. I took a warm bath and did some exercise one of doctors showed me when I pinched a nerve in December and it still hurts a little but not at much any more

Yes.. Woke up the same way. It finally subsided about an hour ago.
