Questions to ask

I was previously scheduled for a fresh transfer but because of my estradiol level being high ( 5000), the dr requested we do a frozen transfer. 22 eggs were collected, 20 matured, 8 fertilized, and 4 made it to day 5( 4 embryos frozen). Tomorrow Monday I have a follow up appointment with my dr to discuss about the frozen transfer. I will like to know the potential question I can ask him. Also will like to know what I can do on my part for the transfer to be successful. This is my first time doing ivf. Thanks
