My rescue dog is my my shadow

We very recently got our 1 year old spaniel rescue called Harvey, he’s absolutely amazing!! He is very good with commands and loves his cuddles ☺️🐶

The only problem that we have is that he has become my shadow, he’s not as bad with my partner but Harvey won’t leave my side. He’s on cbd oil because he has had a past with anxiety and began to bite his leg.

Has anyone got any advice on how to ease separation? I work from home so I am always with him, this is him...
