Best rash cream for little girls?

Im new to the girl crew so I have no idea what’s good or not so good to use !

My little girl had terrible rashes on her privates, I felt like I tried everything. When I brought it up to her doctor he said to try cream high in zinc. I researched and found borduexs butt paste in the red packaging has the highest zinc. I swear overnight it cleared up, if I skip a change it will flare back up. She’s also been diagnosed with eczema so it’s telling how great that cream is!

Boys and girls can use the same type of diaper cream. Just stay away from anything scented like baby powder. Also just a tip (I have 2 girls), let them air out without a diaper at times. It's good for boys to do that too, obviously but girls especially need to breathe down there.

I like the desitin extra strength for my girls, and then corn starch... I was told not to use any type of actual baby powder on them because it can cause a yeast infection so just straight corn starch.

I prefer butt paste or bag balm for my two girls. Butt paste was good for stopping the rash fast and bag balm was good for if their rash had started to bleed

I am due with my 3rd girl soon, I prefer Desitin and airing out. 
Let them air out for even a few second at each change (I even fan their bottoms with a clean diaper so they are extra dry).  
Also, it really depends on the kid, but be careful using strongly scented soaps/diapers. Both my girls need gentle soap on their vaginas and I can’t use diaper with scent because it causes rashes.

Corn starch!!! Or Buttpaste. But boys and girls can use the same things for rashes. I'm telling you though, corn starch is magic! My daughter used to get the worst rashes, even if left in a wet diaper for one min. Buttpaste worked for her, but not as quick as cornstarch did. Give her a nice warm bath without soap, lay a towel or changing pad, down and let her lay there naked for a while, then use the cornstarch just as you would baby powder.
