Am I tripping? (Man problems)

I asked my boyfriend did he eat today. He said no he has not been hungry. I had to go in the car for something and found a Hardee's bag in his car. It was from today! I confronted him and said you didn't have to lie about something so simple. He got mad and said I shouldn't have brought it up. And that I act like he lied about something big. I said it makes me question everything you said. You could have lied about everything I ever asked. He switched it all on me like its my fault for bring it up. Did I do anything wrong? Seriously?
