When do I start my new pack?? Help needed

Question

I just finished my 21 active pills on Saturday. According to the packet, I abstain from pills from a week to get my withdrawal bleed. Do I start my new pack on Saturday or Sunday?? I’m confused

I took my pills before bed every night. My last pill always ended on Saturday night. I would have zero pills for a week, then on Sunday I would start a new pack. 
This is what my pills look like. Yours might look different but the information should be the same.
