sores on genital area but no std

someone please help me. i’m lost for words and i don’t know what to do anymore. i got tested for every kind of STD and infection that i could possibly have, it all came back negative. i had a sore on my inner thigh that looked like a razor burn bump that got infected, i had my doctor look at it and she said it was fine, just to put antibiotic ointment on it. which i did-now it’s gone. a few days later i wake up with these red bumps all over my genital area (not my actual vagina, just where the pubic hair grows) they itch so bad. they’re red, and they’re PEELING. i’ve been putting cortisone ointment on them for the past two days but haven’t seen any improvement yet. has anyone ever had this experience? they look like they could be very bad razor burn bumps but they also look like weird sores. sorry for the long story, just trying to explain

also to add- i haven’t shaved my vagina for like over a week, so it couldn’t even be razor burn, the bumps literally appeared over night!!
