Still hungry after nursing?

Question

I pump one boob first nursing feed in the morning and get 4oz that session, this I usually freeze and stash. 
Well I kept my day as normal, nursing on demand with my little one making 10 wet diapers. 
I usually end the evening around 9:30p after a long nursing session and she goes to bed. Well tonight I decided to see if she would take a bottle after her last nursing session.... & she finished the full 4oz!
Now I feel like I send my baby to bed hungry ☹️
How do you know when they truly are full?
I just feel bad now and a little stressed, I know she’s getting enough at my breasts because of her diapers but now I know she can eat more...

Finishing the bottle definitely doesn’t mean she’s been going to bed hungry. Bottles are so much easier and they trigger a different reflex that babies will keep sucking the milk down as long as it’s there. I’d look into paced feeding to help the bottle be more like nursing to help slow her down.

Babies will typically drink a a bottle faster than from you and it wont register as fast that they're full so they drink more. Weve been trying to get ours to take a bottle again so I out 4 oz in there so were not struggling to see how much is left if she ever drinks from it and I wasnt paying attention and my husband gave her the whole 4 and then she was spitting up a ton after which she never does with only 3 or directly from me. Your baby would wake up soon or tell you if they were still hungry, dont worry.

I also read that if you pick up their arm and its relaxed and falls easily down they are more likely to be full.  If the arm is tense and can't be easily lifted or is clenched to their body they are still hungry and need more.
