I'm 32 weeks and I've been frequently getting these sharp pains down my legs. mostly my left leg. my leg will go numb and feel tingly as well. it'll hurt so bad sometimes I feel like I'm going to collasp to the ground when I'm standing. and I can't walk when it happens. any one else experience this?

Yep, the sciatic nerve. I'm 33 weeks and it's been bothering me since early in the second trimester. I've told my doctor and she said it's the weight of the baby/uterus on the nerve. It starts to go numb then hurt if I'm on it too much.

I did and it was my sciatic nerve, prenatal massage can help. If it becomes too much call your doctor.

Sciatica, from the sounds of things. It sucks but its nothing to be super worried about.

Anyway, my doctor said a heating pad on low can help with it some. I have it really bad haha

Just had this a few hours ago.. It's awful, my husband massaged my lower back/butt and that actually helped a lot but it didn't go away completely.
