Excited about this

So there was a time where I went almost a year without a period after taking out nexplanon. I was put on birth control pills so I would have a cycle and was told to try it out for six months and if I get my period on my own after I stop then I can stop taking it all together. This has been a long two years of recurring BV and yeast infections, doctors appointments, etc.! Well a month and a half ago I stopped taking my pill I didn’t get a period so I started thinking to myself I guess you have to keep taking this birth control to have a period. My cycle came yesterday all by it’s self and strong. I’m over joyed!
