Okay so I met my BF online

My parents know this but I told my grandma We met through mutual friends cause she wouldn’t understand the whole online thing.

I also told one of my cousins we met through mutual friends when she asked.

I told my boyfriend this. I was just going to say mutual friends

But this weekend I met his family and when someone asked he said we met online. And I don’t care what he says but now I feel guilty for saying we met through mutual friends.

Should I just keep it to mutual friends or say we met online and switch it now🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
