Possible labor?

Lower & middle back pain, nauseous out of no where, had sudden urge to #2, think i'm having contractions but im bad at being able to tell, & baby is all of the sudden moving quite a bit more than usual. 36+2 weeks. Also my hips are aching in the front. Sound like it could be or no? I will add i was monitored friday night after being rear ended and was having 5+ contractions in an hour.

If your contractions don't stop after drinking fluids and resting and they are more than 5 an hour go in.

So I had the same symptoms at 23 weeks, and it was actually from my kidneys being swelled to the size of tennis ball. Guess it's repetitively common to have swollen kidneys in pregnancy. Anyway, it sounds like labor, but even if it's not it'd probably be safe to get checked.

Back contractions possibly go to the hospital could be time I had back contractions with my second and didn't know it till I went into the hospital and was told I was in labor but I wasn't quite there yet

I went into labor at 37 weeks exactly, it started as slight stomach crampy aches, and feeling the need to go #2 I had no idea I was in labor but I went to hospital just to see if everything was ok and I was indeed in labor. So, monitor closely may need to go to hospital just in case?
