Venting here. My boyfriend and I have been together almost 5 years, own our place together, a car, pets, the whole shabang. I love him but i can not freaking stand how far up his mothers ass he is. He's almost 25 and his mom still has a joint bank account with him and goes through all his transactions. She calls him 3-4 times a day just to complain about how much money we spend on food. We have a joint savings account together that she can't see so now whenever the house needs something or we wanna go shopping i just pull the money from there so that his mom doesn't bitch and complain. If we want to eat chick fil a 3 times a week let us fucking be!!!!!!

And it's not like she's just looking out for our best interest.....she is doing it because she feels the need to control everything we do. We make $75k a year combined so why the fuck does she have a right to bitch to us, not just him, but us on what we spend our money on. We got a cat a year ago and she still talks about it. She asks my boyfriend how much money i have in my account and what I'm spending it on. Leave me alone!!! I know how to handle my money thank you very much. I'm well off for my age (23) and bust my ass to make the money i do. She is so negative sometimes i think honestly how am i going to enjoy our wedding day or anything else that she attends. She told him he can't have a baby until he's 28 and he agreed. 🤣🤣🤣 Like WHAT!!!!! We were trying for 6 months and he legit stopped trying because his mom told him too. I know this sounds bad but i don't know if this is even worth it. He turns a blind eye and kisses her feet. I tell him that she is crossing boundaries and our privacy he gets mad at me. Not to mention i think she's racist. I'm half black and wear my hair 100% natural which is extremely curly. We were going to dinner one night and she told me to "straighten my hair and be classt"

And my boyfriend just turns a blind eye. She's also the reason we aren't engaged yet. She told him that "we don't make enough money to get married or have a baby yet" WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN!!!! WE MAKE ENOUGH MONEY! i swear she just tries to ruin our life because she's mad i took her youngest child from under her belt 🤔 i put on a smile and act my beat behavior around her but it's already to the point where i don't want her in my life. She's so negative to the point where it's toxic.
