I have to go to a mediation in a few days with my baby daddy. What exactly is mediation? And will him and I have to be in the same room and if so, do I have to speak? Or can my attorney speak for me?

Its really helps if you attend, you will get a better deal if you turn up. Ive seen friends go thru mediators and the ones who didn’t go didn’t get all the things they wanted mainly because they wasn’t there and couldn’t argue their point, if you are there you know whats going on and if you don’t like whats being said you can say something or talk to your legal reps and yes your legal representatives can talk on your behalf.
