39 and no luck

My husband and I have been married for almost a year and have been trying to conceive for almost a year. I know that that is a normal wait time for most people but I will be 40 in a few months and my "window" is narrowing. I am trying to be positive and my husband is the best motivator a woman can have. Any positive input is welcome. Thank you in advance
