Any ultrasound techs?

Question

This is my ultrasound from 5 weeks 5 days- heartbeat was 113 beats per minute. Doctor so concerned that it could still be ectopic. At the top of my right uterine horn. Terrified!

I'm a sonographer, but I can't tell the location of the pregnancy based on this image. Most ectopics occur in the fallopian tubes,  so the fact that an intrauterine pregnancy was identified is typically a good thing.  Obviously,  I don't have all the details though so I'm not sure what the cause for your doctor's concern is.  Hope all is well and the baby is where it belongs!
