Stomach pain?

I'm 11weeks and 6 days pregnant.

Had had diarrhoea for the past 6 days.. I am not going to the loo more often, or feeling the need to go.. but when I do it is definitely diarrhoea. No sickness and I am eating fine and feel fine.

Had tenderness in my stomach just above my pelvis, on sort of, either side of my womb. I know my little one is OK because I had a private scan. Just wondering what the pain might be? It's shooting pain more than an ache or cramp.
