I had my first born in May then I got my mirena iud inserted in July of this year. No spotting or bleeding after insertion, only light cramps that lasted less than 2 hours. For the month of August I got my period when I was supposed to, but only for 4 days when it used to last 7 days. Then this month I was supposed to get my period on the 10th, but I got it a week early. Although blood kept coming and stopping so I figured it was just spotting and followed by cramps, but this is the second week that I bleed bright red for a day or a few hours then it stops. But today it feels a lot worse, a bit heavier then the past week and cramps worse. It's like low abdominal pain that I dont know if its normal. Like do I have an infection? Did I have a iud explusion? Am I finally barely starting my period? Also kind of weird discharge like chunks, especially when I go pee is when I see it most sometimes its bloody/dark/bright red, but sometimes it has just a light pink to it. Is it uterine lining? I need advice & opinions, please help!! Thanks!
