36 weeks & spotting

Hey mummas!

I’m 36 weeks 1 day I’ve been having A lot of Braxton hicks and burning in my stomach the last few weeks , I’m constantly uncomfortable- last night I went to the toilet and wiped and noticed I was spotting bright red blood so I called the midwife and went into the hospital they checked everything and said it was from my cervix and to keep an eye on it , being a FTM I’m so scared I don’t no what to think, anyone else had the same kind of thing??
