Migraine after cesarean

I had a cesarean on Friday, the 6th.

We came home on Sunday and I was fine. Pain in my stomach but nothing too miserable.

By Tuesday I had a splitting migraine that woke me up and I was literally screaming.

I have been dealing with this migraine every since. I've been the two different hospitals and neither can figure out what is wrong with me. My blood pressure is running high, last night before we went to the hospital it was 178/129. No one can figure this out. They've given me 3 different migraine medications and none of them are helping.

Someone please tell me they have been through this and tell me what I can have my doctor look for tomorrow. I am so miserable and my less than 2 week old daughter is having to stay with my mom while I figure this out because my husband is trying to take care of me and I can barely function. I just want this pain gone and to get my girl home.
