Wwyd infection?

Yesterday evening I had chills, flu like symptoms and fever. Little red on breast but not hurting. This morning I was certain I have mastitis. My left breast is red but not painful and no discharge. Still a fever and feel sick. My checkup is in the morning with my ob. Can I wait or should I go to urgent care?

I am waiting on call from ob but wondering what others have done as I don’t want to wait to the 3-5pm hour when urgent care is more busy if I should go anyhow.
