Why are my high’s always in the evening?
Throughout the day my numbers stay low. But the last check in the evening after dinner it’s always a higher number. (Unless I eat a really small meal). I haven’t seen my nutritionist yet, but did anybody else have this issue? I’m eating vegetables, high protein/high fiber, low sugar meals. Is it because the portion size is normally bigger than the rest of the day?
