C section mamas- what kinda underwear?

I’m nearly 3 weeks out from my c section. My incision is healing nicely and I don’t have much pain anymore. I’ve been wearing high waisted granny panties since my section to avoid irritating my incision. Wondering when you other c section mamas started wearing your normal underwear again?

I’m 4 1/2 weeks post C-section and still rocking the granny panties. Around 6 weeks I might try out regular underwear. I also haven’t worn pants. I’ve been rotating out the same 5 dresses. 😳

Haha I wore those mesh undies for way too long (who knew they were washable 😂). But I switched over after my 6 week appointment when the doctor confirmed my incision was healed.

5 weeks post c section and I’m wearing the granny pants the hospital used - I switched to regular for a week and it irritated the incision line so I just decided to give up and order the cotton hospital ones online.

I started wearing normal undies with a lace waistband (the kind from Victoria’s Secret) around 3 weeks pp. The lace makes it not tight to the skin so it doesn’t irritate the incision!

I’m two weeks pp and I wear normal underwear, just nothing with lace on the incision yet.
