Today is day one nap one was good but the second nap was hell?!!! Help

I took ours away at 4 months while sleep training. It was HELL for 3 days, but I stuck it out and she figured out to suck her fingers. Now she won’t take a soother at all but sucks her fingers when she’s tired and ready to sleep, which is actually amazing because it tells me when she’s ready for her nap!!
