Anyone with skyla have it stop their period? I had a mirena prior to becoming pregnant and completely stopped my period. I went for my appt today to have another one placed. She said my uterus was measuring 6 cm which increases risk for expulsion, so she recommended a smaller IUD. It was a split second decision so I said okay, not realizing it was such a big difference in daily dose of hormones and she didn’t explain that. My wedding is next year and the last thing I need is to get my period or have random bleeding..
