I just finished my 4th round of Letrozole and the Ovidrel shot. I’m 6DPT/4DPO. Before anyone says, “it’s impossible for you to be pregnant before 6DPO” that’s not what I’m looking for.

For the last 2 days I’ve been feeling a lot of pressure in my upper pelvic region almost like where my ovaries are on the sides. My lower back is aching too. I didn’t have this any of the other months that I had the Ovidrel shot. It’s uncomfortable when I take a breathe in. Almost like I did an ab workout LOL except I didn’t workout. More of an ache than a stitch.

It’s really hard to explain. Anyone have this before or something similar?
