Help me

My period is 17 days late. I’m still a virgin. The only thing I have done is oral with my bf (I gave him a bj first then he ate me out) he sorta fingered me but he said he had nothing on his fingers. I’m scared that somehow or someway when I moved off of him or wiped after using the bathroom that I got semen in me. I’m trying really hard not to stress but I took a test 3 days late and it was negative. Do you all think I could have gotten pregnant? I’m just really scared and having anxiety and I don’t know...I do have irregular periods but being this late only happened one time. I have been breaking out some but it can be from stress too I don’t really know. Other than that I have had no symptoms at all.
