Are you doing your kegels?

I read an article about to do, or not to do kegels. I’ve always thought they were important and heard they help with delivery and postpartum healing. But this article says they may not be as beneficial. All dependent on how active and physical you are vs. if you do yoga vs. If you’re more relaxed and less active. This article basically said that there is no need if you’re not active or don’t practice yoga.. kinda strange that they think less active people don’t need to do them, I’d think less active people should be doing kegels more so than active people.

(I keep saying people because there are male kegels as well.)

I do about 6 reps of 10 daily.. along with involuntary tightening while standing, washing dishes, waiting, etc. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I’ll increase to elevator kegels in a few weeks as I get closer to full term.
