Will my period affect my drug test?

This probably sounds stupid, but I need to know if my period will affect me passing a drug test (urine) for my new job. This is my first “big girl” job if you will. I have never had a drug test before so I don’t really know what to expect. This job is super important to me. I planned on telling the HR lady that will be testing me ahead of time, but I didn’t want to seem suspicious. Idk I think I am completely overthinking this because I am nervous or anxious but I just want to make sure. Thank you in advance 💕
